Email nurdanalbas@gmail.com with the app version (Settings), your device model, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, private Wi-Fi codes, payment details, or sensitive scan contents.

Scanning and history

Allow camera access in iOS Settings to scan a code, or select an image from Photos in the Scan tab. Scans are saved on your device. You can search, organise them in folders, and delete them from History.

Purchases and subscriptions

Basic scanning, link checks and history are free. Pro adds logo QR codes, batch scanning, bulk PDF generation and CSV exports. Prices and any eligible trial are displayed before purchase. Lifetime is a one-time purchase; weekly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

• Restore an existing purchase: Settings → Restore Purchases, using the same Apple Account.
• Manage or cancel: Apple subscription settings.
• Request a refund: Apple Report a Problem.

About link checks

Checks use patterns on your device, such as lookalike domains and shortened links. They do not query a live reputation database, follow redirects, or guarantee a site is safe. Always check the destination before entering payment or personal information.
